Cancellation Policies: Set your cancellation rules including refund windows and percentages. Configure how many hours before a booking customers can cancel and what refund they'll receive

Set Up Activities & Pricing
Add your bookable activities and configure their individual pricing, capacity, and settings. Each activity can have its own pricing model, time slots, and integration settings.
Activity Management: Add all your bookable activities (dartboards, shuffleboards, pool tables, golf tee times, etc.) with individual settings including capacity limits and display order
Pricing Configuration: Set flexible pricing models - choose between per-item or per-person pricing for each activity. Configure base rates and time slot durations
Time Slot Settings: Set booking intervals (30min, 60min, etc.) and minimum/maximum booking durations per activity
Advance Booking Window: Configure how far in advance customers can book each activity (e.g., up to 365 days)
Pricing Overrides: Set day-specific rates (e.g., higher weekend prices) and date-specific overrides for holidays or special events per activity
Capacity Limits: Define minimum and maximum number of people for each activity to ensure appropriate group sizes
Third-Party Integrations: Link activities to third-party services for automatic session management. Sessions are created automatically when bookings are confirmed
